Moroccan Meatballs

How does one use left over sausages in May, from a party in January? One makes beautiful sausage rolls if you were my housemate. Or meatballs in my case -  yet another food item I can use coriander, my favourite herb.Mince (two meats - I used chicken and beef)Chopped corianderCrushed garlicEggCuminTumericSalt and pepperMake into balls and bake at 150C till brown.CapsicumCeleryOnionCuminTumericStockSautee vegetables, and add stock.Toss meatballs through vegetables, garnish with more coriander.
